Another service which we offer, is our "Child swimming school", which takes place in the exclusive insalations of the Wellness Centre, at Plaza del Mar (Marbella), which used to be "02".

It is, without a doubt, the best sports centre of the Costa del Sol, with it´s impresive sea view, and their fine pools, make it a unique place, and the best place for your child to learn to swim.

In this swimming school, which began 12 years ago, we have taugh hundreds of children how to to swim, which all learnt very quickly and happily.

Our swimming school has many diferent levels, and the age group is from 6 months to 16 years. Therefore, we divide our work into different blocks, depending on the age group.

1. Swimming for babies:
   From 6 months to 3 years old. We prefer to use the term “aquatic activities for babies” rather than swimming for babies, bearing in mind their capacity to actually swim.
   We work with groups with 5 babies, alongside their respective parent/s, guided by a teacher, where they learn their first movements and experiences in water. The class is 30 minutes long, and here parents teach their children about the water environment with simple activities and games. The water temperature will always around 32 degrees.
2. Child swimming:
   From 3 years on, our students are left in the teacher´s hands, without needing their parents there. We work with floats, as well as breathing another swimming techniques, and the final goal is that the child can survive in water by themselves, without any additional help.
3. Perfection:
   Here is where we work on swimming styles, and, when ready, rotations. In these clases, we have many groups of diverse ages, where we adapt our work accordingly to the age group.
